I'm going to ride McMurray as far as he will take me. This is actually my first play on him in Busch but have made plays on him every race the past month in Cup. He really has some momentum going and this week he's driving for Roush-Fenway instead of Brewco Motorsports, which is an equipment up-grade. His only start for this team in '07 was in Atlanta where he finished 14th. I expect a better result this time out.
Sadler is making his first start in Busch this year for Everham in the #9 Dodge. This team only has 2 Top 10's and one of those was Boris Said on the road-course in Mexico, where he would finish Top 10 in a dump truck.
2.00 units Jeff Burton (+130 @the greek)over Kyle Busch
Another one of those lines that just doesn't look right. The way Burton been going lately I don't think he should be an underdog. He has yet to finish outside the Top 10 in four Busch Races this year and only once in Cup(and that was a 15th). Schrub has been having a fine year as well but I'll take the veteran who has been more consistent.
2.00 units Carl Edwards(+110 @thegreek)over Matt Kenseth
I admit this one may be close. Strictly a play on the dominant season Edwards has had so far in Busch. In 8 starts his worst finish is 6th. At Phoenix, his worst career finish has been an 8th.
Outrights
1.00 unit Jeff Burton(7.5 -1 @the greek)
He already has two wins this season and he has always been good on flat race tracks. Has a good starting position and on a roll after last week's Cup win at Texas.
0.50 unit Denny Hamlin(12.5-1 @thegreek)
Good price for a very good driver. Hamlin also excels on flat tracks(2 wins at Pocono in '06). Good history here with a 3rd last time out.
0.25 unit Jamie McMurray(32.5-1 @thegreek)
Longshot of the day. Why not? Another hot confident driver with very good equipment under him.
